Processing and Delivery

Please allow 7–10 business days to receive your order. Orders placed before 2 PM PST Monday–Friday ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM PST ship the following business day, excluding holidays and weekends.

Transit times are based on USPS and FedEx posted delivery days. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier issues, inclement weather, or other factors outside our control.

FedEx orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. box or APO/FPO address, Puerto Rico, or Guam.

International Delivery

For international FedEx deliveries, a signature is required. FedEx will coordinate delivery directly with you. Delivery options may include rescheduling, leaving the package in a safe place or with a neighbor, using an alternate address, placing a vacation hold, or collecting from a FedEx Service Center.

International packages may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and additional fees upon delivery. Please consult your local customs authority for information about charges that may apply.
