If you decided that it is not for you after you try it on, we will refund you the entire purchase price including the cost of the return ! This policy is our commitment to our customers and a testament to the quality of our products and customer service, we just simply ask that you return the bikini in the condition that it was shipped to you, with tags attached.

Our Brazilian bikinis are smaller than US sizes. Then if you want more sexy buy according to your measure but If you want to be comfy. Add one size bigger. We always will send you a message confirming your size for best fitting.

Shipping Policy

Orders placed on the Lybethras.com site can be shipped to the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories, and most international countries.

Please allow 7-10  work days  to receive your order.

Orders placed before 2PM PST Monday-Friday will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 2PM PST will be shipped the following business day, excluding holidays and weekends.

Please note that FedEx orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. box or APO/FPO address, Puerto Rico or Guam.

Transit Times

Our transit times are based on USPS and FedEx posted delivery days and we cannot guarantee receipt of your order in the stated number of days if there are carrier issues, inclement weather or other factors out of our control.

POLICY

Items purchased from Lybethras.com are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of your purchase. However: 

• We cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for International orders outside USA and Brasil. 

CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. 

Please try on swimwear over underwear for sanitary reasons.

Do not remove protective slip. 

Please be mindful of deodorant marks when trying on. 

HOW TO SEND YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE 

1. Send us an e-mail  to SAC@LYBETHRAS>COM>BR with your order number.

2. Select the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason for return/exchange. 

3. Once your request is reviewed by our team, a shipping label will be generated, please print the shipping label and the return form. Place your items back in the packaging you received along with the return form and seal. Attach the shipping label to the outside of the package and drop off at your nearest shipping location. 

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed.
